help me!!
Ok, so I need ya'lls help! I'm going to Derby with my roommate and I'm having wardrobe issues. She is wearing a bright yellow dress and springy hat, and I feel like I may be too drab! I saw my hat and fell in love and had to have it - before I had any other idea of what I was going to wear....so, what accessories do you think I should add to my outfit? What kind of shoes? Necklace?

how about a bright turquoise/blue color? you can wear earrings, bracelet or necklace..i see a lot of that color whenever I'm in the mall near the jewelry section..and I'm sure you can get it for cheap.

I think nude shoes would look great! what about a pair of nude open toe pumps and pearls. I would definitely stay simple with the jewelry.
i agree with pretty in pink about the nude shoes. nude can look awesome with a black dress. if you wear simple jewelry, you will look classic and chic. too often, i see women try to jazz up a simple black dress with a bright accessory and it can look like she is trying to hard.
nude shoes and simple jewelry will make you look chic and polished.

not sure if you're a sex and the city fan, but in the "vogue idea" episode, carrie wears nude pumps with a classic black suit and looks exceptionally stylish. that dress and HAT will look fantastic! =)
